Can I post messages via email to the forums?

Forum posts must be done through the community web site.  There are several advantages to this approach including:

• The proper classifications of discussion topics ensure a faster and more accurate response.
• The ability to search the forum prior to posting a question avoids duplication and plus allowing you to immediately find the information you are looking for.
• Posting via a web site will avoid mail server issues such as: file attachment limitation, slow email delivery and email blocking.
