<description><![CDATA[If it is a PXF file created by someone else: Open the file - Select all segments by "Ctrl+A" - Then click Ctrl+R to open the resizing window - Enter new dimesion and click OK.<br/><br/>If it is a stitch file (dst, dsz, etc.) and if you want to the stitch count decrease after reducing the design dimension, open the file with the option "Convert Stitches to Outline", You will find this option in the File Open dialog box. Then follow the same method above. If you want to resize the stitch file without changing the total stitch count: Open the file - Select all segments by "Ctrl+A" - Then click Ctrl+R to  open the resizing window - Enter new dimesion and click OK.]]></description>
