When moving to a new color the knife is missing the cut about 50% of the time and then pulls the thread so tight the bobbin thread shows through. Any suggestions on a fix?

Hello nogogolfshop,

When you say that the knife is missing the cut, do you mean that the trim command in your design is not happening? Or that the knife is physically missing the thread when a trim command is issued?

If it is the latter, then it sounds like it may be a machine issue and we'd recommend that you contact your Tajima distributor to troubleshoot and hopefully fix the issue.
