Or does it happen with any design / no design? Any additional information you can provide could help us reproduce the error and fix the issue. <br/><br/>In the meantime, making sure you have the latest Windows 10 updates may help. Alternatively, if you are using a Windows 8.1 machine, we recommend uninstalling the updates from March this year as the issue may still be a problem on that OS.]]></description>
