To create a new preset using Random Fill:
1. Go to Tools > Manage > Presets.
2. Click New in the bottom-left corner of the pop-up.
3. Select Complex Fill from the side panel.
4. Check the box next to Fill Pattern and set it to Random.
5. Adjust any additional settings as needed.
6. Go to the top menu and click File > Save.


To make this preset available in future designs:
1. Go to Tools > Manage > Presets.
2. Make sure Presets is selected.
3. Change the top dropdown from Presets to Preset Sets.
4. Choose Basics, then click Open.
5. Select your newly created presets.
6. Click Save, then close the window.


Please note that once a preset has been created, it will only appear in new designs.
