<description><![CDATA[I have spoken to Garson at Rubenstein in Canada.  He was referred to me from Rubenstein's in Toronto.  I continually wait to hear back from both Garson and Pulse.  I paid in good faith my money to upgrade and only want technical assistance to correct a problem of functionality that I had before I upgraded.
