As I already told you changing general settings of the laptop is not really an option as it effects all my applications and it doesn’t fix the problem in Pulse. It also feels a bit weird to have invested a lot of money into a new laptop and not using it’s comforts… So that leaves us to revert to version 14, which actually also feels a bit strange as I just have invested in an upgrade of the Pulse system… I’ve understood that other customers are also facing this problem, how are they dealing with this issue? Can you get me in contact with these customers? Is it worth the effort to make the connection to the embroidery machine, using 14, as long as the Pulse issue isn’t solved? This is just a work around until we find the problem and can fix it. It will be some time before development can look at this and try to resolve it. The other work around for now is to revert to version 14. Is this is something you would be willing to do for now? Thank you

I’m getting a little nervous here, my season is starting and I really need to have it all sorted now. As I probably already told you I bought a brand new 4 head Tajima machine, which has been delivered beginning of October 2016, together with an upgrade of Pulse. We found out that my (old) laptop wasn’t able to connect to the Tajima so I also bought a new laptop. After installing Pulse at the new laptop it wasn’t showing as it’s supposed to be. I contacted Jan about this issue 22th of December. So here I am now, 4 months later, having done all these investments and nothing has been actually working properly ever since. According to Jan it doesn’t make sense to make a connection to the embroidery machine right now as long as the Pulse issue isn’t solved… I’m quit disappointed as you probably can understand. Knowing you are doing your very best to solve the problem, hoping to hear from you really soon. Hello CNauta,
We are aware of the issue and able to reproduce it here. It has become a high priority recently to fix for high-res monitors. We hope to have it available in the next maintenance release.
As a temporary solution, some customers have changed the font size from between 100% and 250% depending on how large they want it to appear. It does generally affect all programs unfortunately, but it can be adjusted fairly easily.
Another alternative for some customers has been to reduce the overall resolution of the monitor, which will resize the icons as well.
