Printing design in 3D

I have recently purchased a new printer, Epson ET-4760. When I try to print the design in 3D it prints as a big black square/rectangle. I have to take it off of the 3D to print the image. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks

Hello,
We recommend that you first ensure you have the latest version of Windows available for your PC, as this issue is commonly related to a service pack that came out in March 2021. We'd also suggest updating to the latest maintenance release version of Tajima DG by Pulse as well.
If this does not solve the issue, please let us know.
