3D viewing problem Pulse 14

Hi All,
I have attached an image of what happens when I try to view designs in 3D Pulse V-14 Maestro.
Computer specs:
Lenovo Thinkcentre
i7 6700
16G Ram
Windows 10 Pro
Nvidia GT 730
Do you have any suggestions?

I solved this, it turns out to be the palette chosen for the colours is the problem, this was a custom palette I was using in a previous version of the software, once I relink the colours to a palette in V14 the problem is solved.
