I have a problem I cannot connect to the main website to check for updates.
I keep getting this error and screen and I have to force shutdown the software to close the window.
I am not running internet explorer at all I do have Microsoft Edge and Chrome.
how do I fix this?

Good Morning,

Our Support Team has recommended setting Chrome or Edge as the default browser if that's not already the case.

We will continue to investigate.

I do not even have internet explorer on my system and I get this error. if that helps?

Our development team has confirmed that this page uses Internet Explorer in the background so that's the reason for the error.
We have plans to change this and we are working on a solution.
