I am brand new to Pulse and having some issues understanding how to use this software. Are their resources and other palces to lean how to use it besides the help button and YouTube?
There is no information on how to Load or Edit Thread Charts, Palettes, etc.
I notice that Madeira Polyneon 40 Chart has no color names and want to batch correct those. How do I do that?
Or is there a place to upload an updated file with that data?
My Polyneon 40 Chart is all of a sudden gone and I don't want to manual enter these over again

Good Afternoon,
Besides the YouTube Channel and the Help files, you can also reach out to your local Tajima Software distributor for training and support.
There is information in the help file about loading thread charts. The easiest way to find it is using the “Search” tab.
You can also find options under Manage > Thread Charts
