Hello,
Thank you for the link. I have already installed the DG17, but I received a message stating that the security device needs an update. We contacted the distributor, but they did not advise us on what to do.
Could you please let me know if there is an extra cost for the security device update? Additionally, what is the general procedure for updating the security device and the software? Is it recommended to update, or is it optional and at our own discretion? If it's the latter, how long will you continue to support DG16?

@dluxedivegear you will need to pay an update fee to move from DG16 to DG17. This must be done through your local distributor. We always recommend updating to the latest version but we will continue to support two versions back.
