Hi.

I set 0.28 fill density for tatami embroidery. This embroidery for on a heavy garment. The threads on the top are slightly floating. Sometimes the thread comes up worse than the photo I attached.

So, I tightened the upper tension. It seems to be getting a little better, but it keeps happening. Is there no other way than to tighten the upper tension? Why does this happen?

Thank you

Did you do a tension test before sewing? At what speed are you sewing? Maybe you need to adjust the speed.

We work with polyester webbing, which is quite robust, and we had to adjust the bobbin tension; otherwise, it would create a lot of loops.

If the "lot of loops" are on the top side, that is a sign of insufficient upper thread tension.
