Icons showing in File explorer, not thumbnail

Some of our users aren't able to see the thumbnail when viewing .dst files in file explorer while others are. We would like for everyone to be able to see the thumbnail of what the .dst is without having to open it first. I believe I have all the settings correct (based on what Windows 11 recommends) but I can't seem to get it to work. Is there a requirement that the user must be a local admin?

Hi,
What version of Windows do you have? What is the version of DG? Was icon preview for DSTs working before?

Windows 11 Pro, 24H2
17.0.0.8026
So far the only account that can see the thumbnail properly are local admins, but we'd prefer not to grant those permissions if at all possible.
