Laser Cut Setting

I am working on Tajima DG17 and I am having an issue with the laser cut setting. No matter what I do, the setting will always change back to 1 instead of the value I set. Even if I change the 1 to a 20, close the file and then reopen it, it goes back to one.
Is this a bug in the program?
