Setting Machine Speeds in files

Hello
I am playing with some deeper controls in some files of ours and notice that I can control / limit the RPM on sections of the design.
So for instance I want fine text running only at 400 RPM, but the rest of the design running at machines set speed (say 700RPM)
I set that in the file (PXF) and save as DST. but when I run the file, I don't see the machine slow down.
Is there something I am missing or doing wrong?

@Hillhouse your understanding is correct but a DST file is not capable of saving the RPM settings (and many other settings).
Try saving as a TBF or TCF file.
