Can't save Files to the Pulse Cloud

Hiya guys I can't seem to save files to the Pulse Cloud .. I am signed into this Forum, but when I go to save a design in Pulse Cloud it
asks for my Username & password again I enter it & it keeps saying ERROR ??
I am using DG16 ...
