DG17 Stop Working after install the latest version

Hi,
After install the latest maintenance release 8241 my DG 17 stops working. I already reinstall it, removed completelly, dont install the spoller and still not working.
When I click on the application nothing happens, I tried also execute as Administrator, but the issue persists.
Some of you already experinced this problem.

Installing on the root directory (the C: drive), instead of C:\program files, worked for me...
