Active menus: How to get them docked?

I don't know what I did to make them become popups, they were docked before but now I always have to press them to come up, and when I change a setting it goes away and I have to open it again everytime. But I don't know how to put them back. It used to always appear.

Hi MrLogoSD,
To switch between the pop-up and static menu in the ribbon, double-click any of the ribbon headings, such as View, Manage, Tools, Librarian, Processing, Generation, Segment, Auto, Image, Hoop, Help, Design Properties, or Common Settings.
