On the PulseCloud Login page, there is a "Forgot Password" link you can use to change your password.

I am trying to register on Pulse Cloud, but it keeps telling me my device number is wrong. I've copied and pasted it from the update device page. What am I doing wrong? Tried it several different ways.

Hello bpowers,
Some device codes display as AB12345-4
If this is the case, please do not include "-4" in your code when registering. So your device number would just look like AB12345.
If this is not the case, is it possible that you had registered for a PulseCloud account in the past and forgotten the login? If so, you can click the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to recover your password (your username is required).
