Does anyone else find this software overwhelming?! It's crazy how much there is to learn!

lpt i was at first overwhelmed but in time it gets routine, i was switching form dg15 to dgml2009 just to get things done but found it took longer learn
stick with it , good luck

I am new to this software and find it very overwhelming and find it difficult to figure out how to problem solve. Can anyone tell me - when converting a true type lettering font to embroidery - how to you adjust the satin stitch to be shorter in areas where it wants to make the stitch too long? Does that make sense?
