Help with LAN problem

Evening, We have a problem with our Barcoding LAN system using Tajima machines.
We scan our jobs with barcodes throughout the day. The machines randomly decide to not scan a barcode until the embroidery machine is rebooted. This is very random and affects different machines on different days. We can have some days were we need to reboot machines 20-30 times as it scans 1 barcode fine and then could scan another 5 fine and then stop.
It has worked perfectly for around 7-8 weeks and then started around 2 weeks ago.
As you can imagine this has become very time consuming and slows production right down. Thanks, Rob

Hello r0b,
Which version of DG are you using currently? and which operating system for your computer? It sounds like it may be a networking issue, but more information is needed to figure out the cause.
Have you contacted your local Pulse distributor to ask about this issue? They should be able to help out with that very inconvenient issue. We recommend contacting them ASAP so that you can continue running at full production capacity again soon.
