Pulse 16 - Fatal Error on Installation

I downloaded Pulse V16 and went through the installation process using all the default options. It went through the whole process and ended up with a "Fatal Error - Change Settings" I am using Windows 10
... Any idea what is causing this problem

Hello pacificstitchworks,
We recommend contacting your local Pulse distributor for assistance with installation. They will be able to take a look at your computer to see why installation is getting an error.
