How do I lock the font size, alignment on DG 15?

Hi guys,
I am having some trouble setting names for embroidery. Usually I would open a work file that I have created and modify the name from there. But each time I enter a new name, the alignment and sizes of the characters will run.
Is there any way for me to lock the font size or alignment in DG 15? The font I am using now is a standard font (Block New) in the software.

Hello,
Please let us know what version of 15 - you can find this under help - about.
Secondly, please reply with an example pxf file and explain what text and font you are changing in order to see the issue.
