I'm running Tajima DG15 Composer on windows 8.1, AMD A10 processor 3.69Ghz, 16Gb Ram.

It was working fine for a couple of months untill one day the computer did an update and now I can't even open the program because window closes it automatically. I corresponded with my supplier and ensured me it had to do with my firewall settings. I checked all that and it seems thats all set correctly. On several attempts I tried to get in contact with them again but I get no response back. So now I have installed it on an older Windows 7 machine and its running ok but slow. The only thing is that the computer is in a different location so I need to constantly save all my files on USB drives. I've attached a screenshot of when the program opens up. I hope someone can help. Thanks
