Can anyone help me. My computer crashed and everything had to be wiped out to go back to the manufacturing sets. I had to reinstall all my programs from the beginning. I lost all my own designs because I foolishly did not have them backed up. When reinstalling my Maestro 14 and it came to the Librarian and it gave me I believe 2 choices I hit the wrong one. The one with Blank is the one I hit. I know I had at least 1002 designs that pulse gave me when I got the Maestro 14 update but now I cant find them anywhere. I have tried deleting and reinstalling and still no luck. Can anyone help me please

Hello,

Please try these steps to restore the pulse premium designs.

1. close the dgml software
2. browse to C:\ProgramData\Tajima\DGML By Pulse\DBZero\Premium
3. copy all files
4. browse to C:\ProgramData\Tajima\DGML By Pulse\Database
5. paste all files there
6. restart the software

Try to open librarian again and the pulse premium designs should be there. If you have any problems or are not able to resolve this issue please contact your local distributor for further technical support.

Thank you

Keri
