Hi Tom, welcome to the DG community! The Capped End feature works only with satin stitches, so be sure to select a satin segment first. Once selected, double-click the segment and navigate to Satin > Capped Ends in the left menu. If you’re still having trouble, feel free to send us a screen recording of your process so we can take a closer look and help. 3D puff is an advanced technique that takes some practice, but the results are well worth it once you get comfortable.
