Tajima DG 15.1.52.62.79 cant opens old pxf-s

Hi!
We have latest Tajima DG 15.1.52.62.79 and some old pxf files from other organization.
Some of them opens without problems.
Other ones are not opens by the usual way but can be imported in librarian.
Is it possible to fix?
In attachments some files? marked as "Opens" and "Bad".

Hi! We works a lot with lettering designs. And it is very uncomfortable to have such a small box (see screenshot).
Is it possible to made it more width as in old versions?

Hi!
In earlier versions of DG "Command drop down list" was organized more usefull.
Now, when you need to set "trim" it need scroll-up a list every time. It is very unconfortable when works alot and professionaly.

Can we hope for a free update if we bought DG in March?
By the way - we have very reach experience in punching productions, vector digitizing and embroidery since 2001. And of course we have alot of suggestion and inquiries about DG functionality.
We will glad to share this to your developers if it would be useful.

1. Do not draw PXF thumbnails in explorer.
2. Cant switch to Classic shortcuts interface. For example "H" key do not work for closing segments.

There was 15-th version installed and all worked fine. Then we have install 16-th version but did not remove 15th.
Since that moment thumbnails do not draws.
We have remove 16-th then but it is not helps.
2. Cant switch to Classic shortcuts interface. For example "H" key do not work for closing segments.
We can say more simple about this problem: How to use "H" hotkey for closing segments as it was realized in previous versions? In earlier versions it was possible to restore this key by switching to "Classic shortcuts" (See screen). But now it seems like this switcher do not work in 16-th |

Also basic mouse pointer "cross" became too fat. It almost 4x thicker than guidelines. It is very uncomfortable to precise punching. |

I have fixed it by turning off "Ribbon interface" and assigning shurtcut to this command.
But "Н" key still not work for closing segments. |

Also it would be great if properties tab will stay active exactly as is while traveling between segments. For example I want to compare underlay properties between two segments. I select a first segment and activate underlay properties tab. Then a select second segment but properties tab reset to main (satin for example)
