Hello all, I use Tajima DG 15 for work. Lately an odd issue has been popping up, and I am not sure how to fix it or why it is happening. When I print off the design onto a sheet of paper, there will be more sequences than what is on my computer. The computer will only have 4 sequences, but the will have 5 with a blank sequence that either has 0 or 1 stitch. I can't tell why this is happening. Sometimes if I close and open the program, then print off the same design the extra sequence is gone. Has anyone else experienced this? do you know what causes it to happen or how to fix it?
