5/7/2021 Topic: Start Page rcarl01	My start page is completely blank. Illustrator Extreme 16.1.3.7297 Windows 10 64 bit system. I do have a screenshot but can't seem to find a way to add to this post.
6/7/2023 Topic: DG 16 display problems rcarl01	I have attached two screenshots all of my options are so small, it is so difficult to select them. I am using Illustrator Extremem V16.5.2.7640 This is the only program with my laptop that has display issues. I am running windows 10 home on a 64 bit OS
5/11/2024 Topic: InputOutput Wizard A64U application rcarl01	We just started having problems yesterday with writing to disk, our problem seems to be with the input output wizard A64U application. We can save to Drive A. just can't use the icon on the toolbar to directly write to the floppy drive. We have uninstalled DG16 and reinstalled didn't fix anything. We are currently using version DG 16.5.2.7640. Any sugguestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
