I'm having this problem too.
1- When creating programmed stitches.
2-Fractal filling when creating.
3-When you want to trade start and end points. This in bug in the Software.
4- Import of Vektorfiles of Adobe only whit files of the Abdobe 98. new Adobe Files 2020 the program can't open. And the mode Copy / Past have don't works good.

Yes i have update to 16.1.2.7290 and i have deinstall clear all and istall new and the same Problems.
the update even made a few things worse.
Toolbar no longer works properly. after 20 minutes you can't press anything anymore the program freezes slowly until nothing works. and in 3D mode it always crashes. |

when did you get a master update before the DG16. The program only has errors. crashes and works slowly in 3d mode and makes it almost impossible to work properly with it. in addition, the program just keeps doing a shout down without error messages. I will have it checked by my lawyer and return the purchase price.
this is the worst program I've had in my life. and always this your computer has problems there are already over 50 customers writing the same problem. and one has even been writing for a year and you don't care.

software error. just shout down without error message. bad peformenc in 3d mode. moving objects in 3d is almost impossible. The program fails completely for motifs over 20,000 stitches. I will give the software to my lawyer and get my money back. you are not ready to fix the mistakes properly and put the reasons before you. |

There is no specific thing causing the shut down it just crashes constantly!!
yes and the dealer always pushes it to the PC that is used. my pc doesn't fit. and the software has no problems although I think there are over 300 posts that everyone has problems with the software |

I have already received the latest beta version from my dealer. even more mistakes inside than before. cuts the thread and then he make the cut stitches and than he pulls the thread over the motiv. very nice punching program.

Thanks for the tip. I was experience hard crashes with no errors or warnings daily. Turned off the ribbon interface and haven't had a crash for days.
It is a real shame as I find the ribbon makes life a lot easier but not worth it with all the random crashing.
We have the same Problems whit Performance whit big Punches. we have uncheck ribbon interface. in small punch works better under 6000 stiches but 10000 and more the programm has a bad Performace and always Shouting down whit no error Massage. |
