There isn't a direct feature in order to have pdf files. You can get the page as jpeg and then convert it to pdf by another application. If you have Composer, you can only use "File - Export - Image File" feature. If you have a higher level than Composer, you can also use "File - Export - Email Design". The second alternative will answer what you are looking for. |

There are several application look styles in Pulse. Which one is yours?
I like to change the look of my software, and I am glad Pulse offers it.
I used Visual Studio 2005 style for a long time, but nowadays my favourite is Office 2007-Black Style. |

Can it be because Floppy Disk Drive does not exist in your computer? I am using a notebook without an FDD, and I also see that "formatting" is not highlighted in my software either. |

You just need to add new TrueType fonts to your Windows. Pulse recognizes all TTF automaticly. Go to your computer's Control Panel - Fonts section and paste the TTF fonts in this folder. |

The fonts are normally saved in the hidden part of your pc. Did you do the search also in hidden folders? My Pulse fonts are located in this folder as default:
C:\ProgramData\Tajima\DGML By Pulse\Fonts
It can also be an issue related to the version of your software. Which version is your Pulse? |

It can be because of your embroidery machine's "Jump Convert" setting. Tajima's default value is 3J (3 jumps). If the machine setting is adjusted to a higher value, then the trims may not be performed. |

You need to empty the checkbox which says "Open as read-only" in the File-Open dialog. |

As an alternative to "Output to Disk" Tool, you can try using "File - Save as Copy". You can always see the DST file names (or other chosen file format) on your disk by this method. |

Saundra has a point with this request. Pulse did have height setting for both "Chain Walk" and "Moss Walk" tools in Version 2009 and before. You can see it on below attached screenshot (13.1.5.4190) :

Sorry Rui, it will not help you but I want to add a similar issue.
“Program cannot start because MSVCR120.dll is missing on your computer. Reinstall the software in order to solve the problem.”
My friend had this error when he wanted to try Windows 10 & DG15. The dll was different than yours, but the issue was very similar. Reinstalling Pulse did not help. He didn't want to use Windows 10 Home for some other reasons and made a fresh Windows 7 Pro installation. |

1- Draw a shape with Pen/Rectangle/Ellipse tools or import an artwork.
2- Select this artwork segment and right click with your mouse.
3- Save it as spiral fill shape.
4- Give a name for your shape and click ok. |

To delete all the designs on a machine's queue, right click on the machine icon in the Design Queue screen and select "Delete All"
Keeping the download count as "1" means the file will be automatically deleted after it is pulled from the embroidery machine. |

The parallel underlay density value of a combined segment is not getting a value lower than 1.0 mm. In the segment's properties we seem to be able to decrease this value, but it is not decreasing in reality. That is why Tomasz noticed a difference between a combined & single satin path's underlay density values. |
