You may need Japanese Font pack installed in order to make Japanese lettering using Hiragana and Kanji. Also you have Japanese IME for Microsoft, which is to output Japanese characters by keytyping. (Refer to : https://www.coscom.co.jp/learnjapanese801/install_ime.html, https://jlptbootcamp.com/2012/02/how-to-type-in-japanese-with-the-microsoft-ime-on-windows/) Also you need to know how to read the Japanese texts even if you have MS-IME. How many Japanese name embroideries you should provide so far? If you have many chances to provide Japanese texts (names), you would better have optional Japanese fonts pack. KZ

2/20/2019 Topic: Distribution stitch Kazu	Actually, embroidery machines can move the frame (hoop) in minimum of X:0.1mm/Y:0.1mm. (Minimum stitch length) So when stitches are generated based on digitized outline/path, stitches are distributed to each 0.1/0.1mm position, never smaller such as 0.05mm. See the attached. Grid size is set to X:0.1mm/Y:0.1mm for easier understanding. Each stitch point is located at intersections of grid, never within grids. Located at closest intersection point to digitized path line. If stitches are uniformly distributed along the path, it means stiches are located at points less than Minimum stitch length, such as X0.05/Y0.02. The machine cannot do that. 4/1/2020 Topic: エクスプローラーでのサムネイル(縮小表示)について Kazu	Windows10では、表示メニューで、”詳細ウィンドウ”を設定すれば、4ファイルとも、詳細ウィンドウでデザインのアイコンが表示されると思います。

4/1/2020 Topic: エクスプローラーでのサムネイル(縮小表示)について Kazu	"表示"→”オプション”で開いた”フォルダーオプション”ダイアログの表示ページで、添付のチェックをはずしてください。 （もしチェックが付いていたら） なお、エクスプローラーのレイアウト設定が一覧、詳細のときはサムネイルが小さいので表示できません。

4/1/2020 Topic: エクスプローラーでのサムネイル(縮小表示)について Kazu	すみません、バージョン名最初に報告いただいてました。m(_ _)m 社内で3台のWindows10＋DG15でテストしてみました。 PXF、DST,TCFは確実にサムネイル表示しました。そのうち1台は、TBFも表示しました。 もう少し調査します。 naolerさんPCでTBF、DST表示しているのは、Sizerの関連だと考えます。 Wilcomソフトは、エクスプローラーでEMBやDSTのサムネイル表示できるようにしてましたから。 DG15でのファイルの関連付け（ツール→構成→ユーザー設定）はされているでしょうか？

4/2/2020 Topic: エクスプローラーでのサムネイル(縮小表示)について Kazu	DG15とDG16をダブルインストールしたコンピュータでも、デザインアイコンが表示されています。 DG関連のレジストリー情報、構成ファイル（C:\ProgramData\Tajima\DGML By Pulse配下）も削除して、関連付けも削除、クリーンインストールしてもだめでしょうか？ DG15とDG16を入れ代わり立ち代わりインストール、テストしていましたら、アイコンが表示できなくなってしまいました。(T_T)

1/25/2021 Topic: グループ解除時に順番が変わる問題 Kazu	グループ化されるのは、おそらく複数のセグメントの選択がやりやすいからだと考えます。 選択の便宜さだけを考えた場合、「エレメント」機能を使いますと、セグメントはオリジナルのまま、バラバラで自由に編集でき、選択時は、そのエレメントに属するセグメント全部をグループのように選択することができます。 edited by Kazu on 1/25/2021
