DrawFusion worked once after the repairs of X6 and once after I repaired DG/ML. But not today. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how was it corrected? If you have System Restore turned on, restoring your system to a point in time prior to when you deleted things might work, as long as you are not running in a corporate environment (sometimes corporate network administrators use software that establishes a trust relationship with your PC, and system restore can break that). Click Start, right-click on Computer, click Properties, click System Protection. Then you can see if it's turned on, etc. |

DG14 Start Page has stopped showing helpful info

Our start page is only showing new file, open file and recent files on the left hand side. The rest of the start page tab area is blank. In the the past, this area has shown things such as those listed below.
I was wondering is this is intentional and permanent, or is there an effort underway to reactivate this functionality in some way, perhaps an enhancement?
Maybe the old web link is being converted to a new one?
Maybe this is connected to the old http://community.pulsemicro.com/ webpage not being available, I don't really know.

About the Start Page (I copied this from the help file, to illustrate the kind of things that were there before)
The start page will open first each time you start up the Tajima DG/ML by Pulse software. The Start Page remains open, in its own tab, while you are working with your designs.
The Start page tab, unlike the design tabs, is always open and cannot be closed.
The Start Page gives useful information and tips intended to make working with Tajima DG/ML by Pulse easier.
The Start Page automatically connects to the Internet and downloads up-to-date information.
Features on the Start Page:
• New file: Creates a new, untitled, design in a design window.
• Open file: Displays a Windows browser dialog, from which you can choose an existing design file to open.
• Recent Files: Displays the last four design files that were open. Click one of these design names to open the file.
• Register: Opens the Pulse registration page.
• Community: Opens the Pulse Community web page in your default browser. In the Pulse Community, you can read blogs and forums about the Pulse software, and join one of the groups.
• Pulse Live Support: Opens the Pulse Live Support page in your default web browser. Enter your name, email address, and telephone, and you can ask questions of the online support staff.
• Free design: Opens a new tab in the workspace, from which you can download a free embroidery design - a new design appears every week [I believe this may have been discontinued].
• Pulse Today: A new article appears daily, with information and hints to help you get the most out of your embroidery software.

Not a direct answer, but this may give you some perspective
What computer operating system is required to run Tajima DG15 by Pulse?
Pulse recommends the following minimum specifications to run Tajima DG15 by Pulse which is a 64 bit application. Please keep in mind if you use other graphics or embroidery industry software programs you may need to increase the RAM installed memory for good processing. ~ 3.0 GHz 64-bit Quad Core Genuine Intel Processor ~ 64-bit Microsoft Windows® 8 or 7 ~ 4 GB RAM ~ Minimum 2 GB hard disk drive space available ~ An internet connection is required for PulseCloud access ~ Mouse (three-button is preferred for digitizing) ~ At least one Universal Serial Bus (USB) Port ~ A LAN (Local Area Network) connection ~ Draw Fusion in DG15 supports 64 bit versions of Corel Draw X7 or X6 only ~ Email export functionality requires a 64-bit email client.

DGML Segment RPM not working when sewn at Tajima?

I just noticed the segment property - Individual RPM field I have been using for quite some time does not seem to be working when product is sewn on our Tajima TEMX-C 1501 machines. There was a machine software upgrade in the last 6 months, but maybe this feature in not supported? Does anyone know if it is supposed to work? I find myself wondering if it ever did, although one of our monogrammers tells me she thought we had it working in the past.
As an example, I use it to slow down the rpm of the sew on tiny text when other things in the sew still need to sew fast. As I'm just trying to get a feel for this, I haven't provided much detail. AFAIK I'm the only person in our company who has utilized it. Is it possible it's a custom parameter passed to the machine and our software just isn't using it? (I do tech support for our night shift operations and there are potentially a number of detailed specifications that were negotiated without my being aware of them in a busy environment such as ours.
