2/17/2020 Topic: Where is Design Properties pop-up window? isilay	If you are using DG16 and completely lost those flying windows, go to Tools --> Restore Default Workspace. The "Properties" window will re-appear on your screen's right side after restarting the software. "Design Properties" is underneath the Properties window as I marked below. As an alternative, press Shift + E to open Design Properties dialog box.
2/17/2020 Topic: I lose information as I move from DG16 to DG15 isilay	The Bean Stitch (triple stitch) feature is located different in DG15 and DG16. Therefore you will have this issue in both ways (From DG15 to 16, or from DG16 to 15). You only have to be careful and check your bean stitch segments. It sounds annoying, but this is what it is.

8/25/2020 Topic: New Fonts isilay	The old fonts are disabled as default. Go to Tools - User Settings - Text and then select Display All Fonts. You will find that 3D Block font inside the "Old Embroidery Fonts" list.

1/17/2022 Topic: Which Corel for Draw Fusion isilay	"Copy and Paste" works well with all versions/levels of Corel Draw. You just need to open your CorelDraw separately. Then copy your vector from Corel and paste it into Pulse. If you want to use "Draw Fusion" feature of Pulse, 64 bit editions of Corel X7 - 2017 - 2018 - 2019 works. I don't know about how the issue is with 2020 and 2021 versions of Corel.
8/1/2022 Topic: Design Queue Spooler purge isilay	Hi Luebbers. Your first question's answer is yes. Open your Pulse software's design queue, then right click onto the machine icon and select "Delete All". This action will delete all designs which are still waiting in the queue. You will also notice two different sort option in the right click menu, but they will sort the designs by name order (ascending or descending). I guess your second question's answer is no.
3/22/2023 Topic: Elements View for different Designs isilay	Hi Luebbers. You can copy an element from one file and paste to another, but to do that you must first find and open your old design which includes that element. Then you can copy and paste it, but this is the long route. I totally agree with you that Symbol tool will be faster to create some elements which you need more frequently.
3/22/2023 Topic: PulseCloud Username isilay	I guess Administrator can help you if you send a message indicating your mail address. Otherwise you will need to make a few name trials to find the correct one at "Forgot Password" section. By the way, I recommend to see our PulseCloud usernames at DG16's StartPage as default. So, such issues will not bother anymore.
3/22/2023 Topic: Steil error isilay	I recommend you to work with a former version until the issue gets fixed. For example you can use version 15.1.61.6288. It doesn't have that Steil bug.
7/26/2023 Topic: Mass DST Files isilay	The answer is yes but you need to use LIBRARIAN for that. Librarian has a feature to output multiple PXF files into DST. First select all the necessary designs in your Librarian database. Then right click --> Output --> Export to Disk --> Tajima (DST) This is the screenshot of the feature:
7/26/2023 Topic: DG16 7640 isilay	Hi Keith, I was not able to reproduce your issue. But I have managed to achieve your target in another way. If you use "minimize jump" as sequencing option, only selected segments are sequenced as you wanted. But this indicates another issue about Auto Sequence feature.. If I try to sequence the segments with "Minimize Color Change" option, segments are not getting sequenced according to their colours. They still remain in their original order. If I select the "Minimize Jump" option, segments are getting sequenced according to their colours.
9/1/2023 Topic: Mass DST Files isilay	Hi Hillhouse. That is a generic problem and it is easy to fix. You just need to create the folder manually. First close your DG and browse to this location: C:\ProgramData\Tajima\DG16 By Pulse Create a new folder on that location and name it as Database Then open your DG and click to Librarian. This time you will be able to create your database.
1/8/2024 Topic: Does anyone know about this feature? isilay	It is "Auto Trace" feature. It helps to create outlines from image files (png, jpg, etc). You can use it either with Pen tool or other embroidery creation tools. For example you can first try it with Complex Fill. Place an image on the background, then select Complex Fill, then press T, then a small window will pop up (it is for the settings of trace), then click to a coloured area on your image. Software will trace that colored area and it will try to create outlines of that section. Then confirm the outline by pressing Enter.
