1/23/2019 Topic: Tajima DG16 adding command stop DancingBayLLC	I have a TFMX 1504, a TEMX 1501, and a TEJT2. I get the stop command on the TFMX and the TEMX, but not on the TEJT. I am networked and so push my designs to the machines. Drives me crazy that I have to take that stop out every time I load a design on one of those 2 machines. Hope it gets resolved soon.
7/29/2019 Topic: Autosave Restore file locations DancingBayLLC	I've created a file twice now, but have lost it when the software crashed. For some reason, when my software crashed both times (and it crashes often), I'm not asked if I want to restore this particular file. I have Autosave set to 1 minute. I really don't want to digitize this file again, but if I cannot find it, I'll have to. Can anyone tell me the location of these Autosaved files?
9/10/2019 Topic: Software shuting down DancingBayLLC	Today, I have been experiencing more than normal shutdowns. A few times it shut down after it recovered all my unsaved files but as soon as I tried to click on an element to edit it. In the past hour, it's shut down 5 times, with various actions, still nothing specific.
10/18/2019 Topic: How do I turn Snap To Lock default to off? DancingBayLLC	With the last upgrade to dg16, Snap To is set to lock. Every time I open a new design or start the software, Snap To is locked by default. How do I change that to be not locked by default?
10/21/2019 Topic: How do I turn Snap To Lock default to off? DancingBayLLC	I attach the image. It's the little magnet icon. Every time I open a file, it's highlighted and I have to turn it off. I just opened a file, turned the snapto icon off, saved it, closed it, and opened it back up. The icon was highlighted when I opened the file back up.
10/31/2019 Topic: How do I turn Snap To Lock default to off? DancingBayLLC	Are there any instructions on how to turn this off. It isn't remembering the last setting. Everytime I open a file or new page, the icon is highlighted, even in files where I know it was off when I saved it.

Once I opened a file, turned the snap to off, saved, closed, reopened, the magnet was no longer highlighted. Then opened a new file and it was off.... So---- SOLVED
11/11/2019 Topic: How do I turn Snap To Lock default to off? DancingBayLLC	I was able to fix the snapto last week. It's back to being on when opening a file, new or saved. This is very frustrating because everytime I reset, I have to reset my icon locations. So, this is now UNSOLVED again. I know how to fix it but if it keeps reverting to the snap to being on every 6 or 7 days, I'm not sure whether I'd rather deal with turing the snapto off when I open a file or rearranging my icons every week. One thing that may be part of the problem is that I rebooted my computer on Saturday. edited by DancingBayLLC on 11/11/2019

12/29/2022 Topic: Lock Stitches DancingBayLLC	Of the choices of lock stitches, which provides the least noticable lock and is this the same for start and stop locks?
12/29/2022 Topic: Steil stitches DancingBayLLC	I am noticing a problem with the steil stitch going "crazy", especially when I select Auto Corner Style and offset. Moving start and stop around sometimes helps, but not always. This is not something I've just noticed. I've been having this issue since dg15. I have Illustrator Extreme, latest version of dg16. Is this a known bug with steil or something I'm doing wrong.

22 days ago Topic: DG17 Release 8254 Now Available DancingBayLLC	I've been struggling with this latest update. Split nodes doesn't work much of the time. I'm having issues finding tools. I'm going back to DG16 until the next update to see if it's better.
